history of the nick: tin usually gives close friends a different nickname, other than their real nick. she used to called him macaRONi.
she says: when i met mac, i never thought, not in a million years, that we would end up together. he is masungit, maangas and mayabang. he usually kept to himself at work while i loved chatting with friends. when i got to know him more, i got to discover the other side of him ~ his inner thoughts and beliefs, his childlike demeanor, his kalokohans. he ain't a bad boy after all.
he goes crazy over ice cream. orders chicken atay all the time. yuck.
he is "the girlfriend" in the relationship. when going out, what usually takes me 20 minutes to get ready, takes him 45 minutes ~ and i'm already rushing him at that!
i usually get impatient with his driving. he is slow (grrrrr) and careful, yet always manages to get into an accident.
he may be masungit and maangas, but when i'm being a brat or throwing a tantrum, he never lets it get to him. he will simply make lambing or crack a joke to make me smile... just one of the reasons why i love him.

history of the nick: remembering one of his favorite looney tunes episodes, mac texted her once: "i wanna hug you, and kiss you, and call you george". mac personalized it by changing the spelling to jorge.

their relationship may start out like any other, but they are not your typical couple. if there's one thing that represent their relationship, ~ it's the yin yang.
why yin yang, you may ask? well, here are its principles:
yin yang is black and white
mac is dark and let's just say jorge is not. 'nuff said.
yin and yang are opposites
they are simply opposites. mac is a careful driver while jorge likes to drive fast. mac is malambing while jorge is masungit. mac is patient and forgiving while jorge is the most impatient person on earth. mac takes a lot of time getting ready, jorge just needs 20 minutes and is out the door. and the list goes on...
yin and yan are interdependent
one cannot exist without the other. mac needs jorge and jorge needs mac. one provides strength when the other one is weak. one one fills the insanity when the other lacks it. think of it as starsky and hutch, siegfried and roy, jon and yoko, bugs and bunny... errrr...
yin and yang are conflicting
this holds true for the couple as well. conflict arises because of their differences but they handle it like normal adults... a bop on the head with a sledgehammer.
yin and yang complement each other
mac and jorge may be opposites but they are just perfect together ~ in a puto and dinuguan sort of way.
